Every Surkhi Jaipur piece is handcrafted with care. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Returns are free.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests after 7 days cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- It must be in original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories (complete set).
- Items marked "Final Sale" or made-to-order are not returnable, unless defective or wrong.
- Natural variations of hand block printing (slight print, colour or texture differences) are not defects and are not valid reasons for return.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. An unboxing video is recommended.
We will send a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
4. How to Return
- Step 1: Email surkhijaipur02@gmail.com or call +91 7852-855-574 within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return and photos.
- Step 2: We will review and approve your request within 1 to 2 business days.
- Step 3: We arrange a free pickup or guide you on sending the product back.
- Step 4: After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 7 days to reflect the amount.
- You may also choose store credit or an exchange, subject to product availability.
- If a returned item is used, washed or damaged, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, please follow the return process once the order has been delivered.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and reach you within 7 days of dispatch anywhere in India.
If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the order, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
