At Surkhi Jaipur, each handcrafted piece is packed with care and shipped from our Jaipur studio to your doorstep. This policy explains our shipping charges, timelines and delivery process.
1. Shipping Area
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
2. Shipping Charges
- No free shipping. Shipping charges apply to all orders and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Sundays, holidays or during sale periods may take slightly longer.
4. Delivery Time
Your order will reach you within 7 days of dispatch.
Delivery to remote areas or delays due to weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues may take longer. We will keep you informed of any major delay.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
If tracking does not update for more than 3 days, please contact us.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please enter a complete delivery address with pin code, landmark and an active phone number.
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
7. Receiving Your Parcel
Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, take clear photos and record an unboxing video while opening it.
Inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Failed Delivery or Refusal
If delivery fails due to a wrong address, unreachable phone number or refusal to accept the parcel, the order is returned to us.
We will refund the order amount after deducting forward and return shipping charges, or re-ship it on payment of the shipping fee.
9. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch, contact us and we will track it with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund.
