Our products are handcrafted and hand block-printed. Slight variations in print, colour and size are natural and are not defects.
Colours may look slightly different on screen due to display and lighting settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices and offers may change without notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and Cancellation

An order confirmation email is not final acceptance. We may cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
You can cancel an order before dispatch by emailing or calling us with your order number.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India. Orders reach you within 7 days of dispatch.

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and phone number.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return on delivered orders as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images and content on this website belong to Surkhi Jaipur. Copying or using them commercially without written permission is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use another person's payment details.

9. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
